Bending Spoons is hiring a Tax Manager to oversee the group’s tax responsibilities across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local and international tax rules and coordinating with authorities.

You will manage filings, accounting treatments, and tax planning, while supporting strategic business decisions and cross‑border activities. This role operates in a high‑ambition, entrepreneurial environment with substantial growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual transfer pricing compliance and intercompany docs.
• Coordinate tax operations: liability calc, accounting treatments, returns.
• Lead tax due diligence for acquisitions and extraordinary transactions.
• Monitor developments and interact with the Italian Revenue Agency and authorities.
