Job summary

At Bending Spoons, you will manage and optimize the group’s tax responsibilities, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws. You will oversee filings, accounting treatments, and tax planning at the group level, coordinating with external advisors and Italian authorities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tax planning & compliance. Oversee corporate income tax, VAT and local taxes at group level.
• Transfer pricing. Manage annual transfer pricing compliance and documentation with external advisors.
• Tax operations. Coordinate tax liability calculations, accounting, and tax treatments with external advisors.
• Tax due diligence. Coordinate with external advisors on tax due diligence for acquisitions and transactions.
• Tax developments & authorities. Monitor legislation and manage interactions with the Italian Revenue Agency and other authorities.
