Job summary

Bending Spoons seeks a tax leader to manage the group’s tax responsibilities and ensure compliance with local and international tax laws. You will oversee tax filings, accounting, and tax treatments at the group level, and interact with the Italian Revenue Agency and other authorities.

You’ll drive tax planning, transfer pricing, and the tax operations for strategic transactions, while aligning with growth and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to structure ideas clearly and identify details that matter.
• English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Tax planning and compliance at the group level, ensuring adherence to local and international tax laws.
• Coordinate transfer pricing compliance and documentation across intercompany transactions.
• Manage tax operations including calculations, filings, and tax accounting in coordination with external advisers.
• Lead tax due diligence for acquisitions and other major transactions, assessing implications and structuring.
• Monitor developments in tax law and engage with authorities, including audits and rulings.
