Bending Spoons is seeking a tax leader to manage the group’s tax responsibilities across local and international tax laws. You will oversee filings, accounting and tax treatments at the group level, and coordinate with the Italian Revenue Agency and other authorities.

You’ll lead tax planning, transfer pricing, and tax operations, supporting key business decisions in a fast-growing company with ample scope for impact and career progression.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Tax planning and compliance at group level for corporate income tax, VAT and local taxes.
• Manage annual transfer pricing compliance and documentation.
• Oversee tax operations including calculations, filings, and equity-related tax aspects.
• Coordinate tax due diligence for acquisitions and extraordinary transactions.
• Monitor tax developments and interact with the Italian Revenue Agency and authorities.
