Job summary

Bending Spoons is seeking a talented tax professional to manage and optimize the group’s tax responsibilities, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws. You will oversee filings, accounting and tax treatments at the group level and interact with the Italian Revenue Agency and other authorities.

Responsibilities

• Tax planning & compliance. Oversee tax planning at the group level, ensuring full compliance with all relevant tax laws, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other local taxes.
• Transfer pricing. Manage annual transfer pricing compliance and documentation for intercompany transactions.
• Tax operations. Manage tax liability calculations, accounting treatments, and tax return filings.
• Tax due diligence. Coordinate with external advisors on tax due diligence in acquisitions and other transactions.
• Tax developments & authorities. Monitor tax legislation and liaise with the Italian Revenue Agency and authorities.
