Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Manager to lead a global team, drive supplier qualification, and ensure compliance with quality standards across the organization.

You will partner with R&D, Engineering, and SCM to optimize product qualifications, manage risk assessments, and implement robust corrective actions while fostering cross‑functional collaboration across Europe.

Competenze

• 7+ years in Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, or Operations with 3+ years in leadership.
• Certified Lead Auditor (ISO9001 or similar).
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Expert in APQP/PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA (Gage R&R) and SPC.
• Leads globally dispersed SQEs with strong cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and reporting for SCM leadership.

Mansioni

• Recruit, lead and mentor a team of ~10 professionals globally.
• Drive supplier qualification processes, KPIs and training materials.
• Ensure adherence to quality processes and supplier compliance.
• Provide transparent quality/status updates to SCM leadership.
• Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, PM and SCM for APQP/PPAP execution.
• Oversee NC resolution and supplier‑driven process improvements.
• Define supplier site inspections and integrate into QCP/ITP with PQMs.
• Cultivate strong internal networks with engineering and project teams.
