Hitachi Energy Italy S.P.A. is seeking a Technology Quality Management Methods Leader to drive the Integrated Management System across its High Voltage Technology organization. You will align IMS with standards and regulations, support audits, and promote governance across R&D, GPS, and Technology Centers.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvement, stakeholder engagement in an international setting, and strong leadership of quality initiatives to ensure safe, compliant products.

Competenze

• Engineering degree with IMS/quality governance experience.
• Solid knowledge of ISO certification and auditing practices.
• Experience with audits, non-conformities, and CAPA; Lead Auditor a plus.
• Knowledge of R&D and product development quality processes.
• Strong communication in international environments; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt valued.

Mansioni

• Lead development and governance of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Standardize IMS processes across R&D, GPS, and Technology Centers.
• Coordinate internal and external audits; drive corrective actions.
• Monitor process performance with metrics and data analysis.
• Integrate customer feedback and lessons learned into IMS for improvement.
• Provide guidance and training on IMS requirements.
