Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement to lead strategic initiatives in Italy.

You will oversee initiatives across the full project lifecycle, aligning with business priorities and measurable outcomes, while collaborating with senior leaders, internal teams, and external partners to drive meaningful change. Qualifications

Five to eight years of experience leading projects, programs, or organizational change initiatives.
Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, or related discipline is preferred.
A recognized project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner (or equivalent) is required.
Strong expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out across the full lifecycle.
Experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, and process mapping.
Proven ability to manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
Define objectives, scope, success measures, assumptions, constraints, and schedules for projects.
Facilitate discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops to establish clear business needs and scope boundaries.
Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and governance, providing escalation options as needed.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors to align deliverables and communications.
Prepare executive-level updates, risk assessments, and decision-ready materials.
Support Agile and hybrid delivery through backlog management, roadmaps, and sprint planning.
Coordinate multiple workstreams across communications, marketing, digital, events, partnerships.
