Lever, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for a partner company based in Italy.

This fully remote role offers end-to-end ownership of software delivery from planning through release, coordinating developers, QA, and business stakeholders. You will drive blockers, manage scope changes, and ensure on-time delivery with strong organization and communication. The ideal candidate thrives on working with technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

4+ years of professional project management experience.
Experience managing software development projects from planning to release.
Collaboration with developers, QA, and business stakeholders on requirements and delivery priorities.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and PM tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Mansioni

Own software projects end to end from planning through release.
Build and maintain delivery plans with tasks, owners, milestones, and deadlines.
Track progress, identify delays or risks, and drive recovery actions.
Coordinate with developers and QA to resolve blockers and maintain momentum.
Clarify requirements with stakeholders and translate into actionable tasks.
Manage project scope and change requests, communicating impacts on timelines.
Plan and coordinate software releases with readiness checks and QA alignment.
Provide updates on status, risks, decisions, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders.
Maintain strong coordination across technical and business teams to keep priorities aligned.
