Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Events Marketing Manager based in Italy to lead regional event strategy for the EMEA region.

You will own field events, conferences, customer experiences, and monthly webinars while collaborating across marketing, sales, content, design, and partnerships to drive demand generation. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing events with a data-driven approach, coordinating with global teams, and ensuring alignment with broader marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in event marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience planning and delivering in-person events across multiple formats in EMEA.
• Experience managing webinars end-to-end, ~1 per month.
• Strong project management and organizational skills across time zones.
• Experience collaborating with Sales to support event-driven leads and revenue objectives.
• Proficiency with Marketo or similar marketing automation, and Salesforce or CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Livestorm, Zoom, Sequel and registration tools.
• Understanding of lead capture, UTM tracking, attribution, and pipeline reporting.
• Ability to coordinate with Marketing/Revenue Ops on data flows and reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a distributed, cross-functional environment.
• Data-driven mindset balancing outcomes with attendee-focused experiences.
• Willingness to travel at least 15% for regional events and on-site support.
• Proficiency in relevant European languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the EMEA events calendar, including field events and sponsored conferences.
• Define event objectives, audiences, formats, budgets, and success metrics per market.
• Evaluate sponsorship and speaking opportunities for reach and impact.
• Coordinate all event execution aspects: venues, timelines, speakers, run-of-show, registrations.
• Partner with content, design, product marketing, and sales to align event materials.
• Plan ~1 webinar per month: topic selection, speakers, localization, promotion, follow-up.
• Develop multichannel campaigns to boost registrations and engagement.
• Ensure accurate lead capture, routing, and timely follow-up with sales.
• Monitor event performance: attendance, engagement, pipeline, revenue impact.
• Maintain reporting and attribution with Revenue/Marketing Ops.
• Build regional playbooks, templates, and workflows for efficiency.
• Take ownership of the EMEA events program within 90 days.
