Herzum is seeking a Service Operations Manager to oversee the operational management and governance of a portfolio of value-added services across the CEMEA regions. The role is fully remote, coordinating service launches, onboarding, billing governance, and performance reporting across markets.

You will collaborate with Country Managers and Account Owners to define client populations, manage communications and drive continuous improvements in processes and controls.

Competenze

• Experience in program management, operations, client services or related functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience with reporting, tracking and operational governance processes.
• Knowledge of the payments industry is a strong advantage.

Mansioni

• Coordinate service launches, client onboarding, deliverable distribution and subscription management.
• Manage billing governance, stakeholder engagement and performance reporting.
• Ensure consistent execution across markets.
• Define and maintain target client populations in partnership with Country Managers and Account Owners.
• Coordinate client communications, awareness activities and webinars.
• Review and validate service deliverables prior to distribution.
• Maintain service enrollment records, including onboarding, opt-outs and eligibility tracking.
• Support billing processes by ensuring accurate subscription and participation records.
• Respond to client inquiries related to service participation and operational matters.
• Monitor service adoption and operational performance across markets.
• Prepare regular management reporting, including quarterly performance updates.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of operational controls.
