Letit is seeking a Director of Marketing & Commercial Operations to unify Sales and Marketing into a revenue-focused operation. This C-Suite position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for building strategy, team structure, and processes that enable ambitious scaling.

The ideal candidate will lead brand strategy, customer acquisition, and manage a talented team. This role is fully remote within Europe, operating in CET ± 1 timezone.

Mansioni

• Own brand strategy, digital marketing, and customer acquisition across all channels.
• Lead B2B sales performance and OTA distribution efforts.
• Build and lead a talented team of six, establishing clear roles and responsibilities.
• Manage external agency relationships (SEO, PPC, affiliates) and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Represent the commercial strategy at the senior leadership table and drive cross-functional alignment.
