Stefanini EMEA seeks a Sr. OT Manufacturing Cybersecurity Lead to protect manufacturing operations by aligning with local teams, IT, Information Security, and global stakeholders. You will drive cybersecurity initiatives across the OT environment and help factories strengthen cyber resilience and secure ways of working.

The role requires 5+ years in similar operational roles, strong project and stakeholder management, and fluency in English. 100% remote work is offered with a permanent контракт.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate global OT cybersecurity initiatives across factories and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with factory leadership, OT teams, Digital Engineering, IT, and Information Security.
• Govern OT cybersecurity standards, processes, and best practices across manufacturing environments.
• Oversee Asset Inventory, Vulnerability Management, Access Control, Incident Management, Backup & Recovery, and Network Security.
• Drive OT Solutions ownership, identify OT solutions, and deploy service management practices and criticality assessments.
• Support sites in identifying, assessing, and resolving OT cybersecurity risks and actions.
• Monitor cybersecurity performance and report on risks, vulnerabilities, incidents, and mitigations.
• Support OT factory teams in cybersecurity assessments, incident investigations, and remediation.
• Deliver training and awareness sessions to strengthen OT cybersecurity capabilities.
