Stefanini Group is seeking a Sr. OT Manufacturing Cybersecurity Lead to protect manufacturing operations across global factories. You will drive security initiatives with OT, IT, and security stakeholders, delivering governance and practical risk mitigation.

You will work with cross-functional teams, shape OT security practices, and mentor factory staff while operating in a multinational, remote-friendly setting.

Competenze

• 5+ years in operational roles within manufacturing or OT cybersecurity.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional projects and teams.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Background in Manufacturing, OT and cybersecurity domains.
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443, NIST or equivalent standards.
• Understanding PLCs/SCADA/HMIs/historians and industrial networks.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate global OT cybersecurity initiatives across factories.
• Build relationships with factory leadership and IT/OT security teams.
• Govern OT cybersecurity standards, processes and best practices.
• Manage asset inventory, vulnerability and access control, incident handling.
• Oversee OT solution ownership, service management, and risk assessments.
• Assist sites in assessing and resolving OT cybersecurity risks.
• Monitor performance and report on risks, incidents and mitigations.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing to strengthen OT cybersecurity.
• Engage with diverse teams in a multinational environment.
