Stefanini Group seeks a Sr. OT Manufacturing Cybersecurity Lead to protect manufacturing operations by collaborating with local factory teams, IT, and global stakeholders. You will steer OT cybersecurity initiatives and help factories strengthen resilience and secure ways of working.

The role requires 5+ years in OT/cybersecurity with strong project and stakeholder management, plus fluency in English. 100% remote, permanent contract, with meal vouchers, medical insurance, and professional

Competenze

5+ years in OT/cybersecurity roles within manufacturing.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST frameworks.
Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMIs and industrial networks.

Mansioni

Lead and coordinate global OT cybersecurity initiatives across factories.
Forge relationships with factory leadership, OT teams, IT and security.
Deploy governance of cybersecurity standards and risk controls across manufacturing.
Oversee asset inventory, vulnerability management, access control, and incident response.
Drive OT Solutions ownership and service management practices.
Support sites in identifying and resolving OT cybersecurity risks.
Monitor performance and report on risks, vulnerabilities, and mitigations.
Deliver training and knowledge sharing to strengthen OT cybersecurity capabilities.
