Stefanini Emea is seeking a Sr. OT Manufacturing Cybersecurity Lead to protect manufacturing operations by partnering with local teams, IT, and Information Security. The role drives cybersecurity initiatives across OT environments, strengthening resilience and secure ways of working.

You will lead the deployment of standards, governance, and service management while coordinating with global stakeholders to identify risks and drive practical remediation across plants.

Competenze

• 5+ years in similar operational roles.
• Strong project and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Excellent communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, OT, Cybersecurity.

Mansioni

• Lead global OT cybersecurity initiatives across factories and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with factory leadership, OT teams, IT, and Information Security.
• Govern OT cybersecurity standards, processes, and best practices.
• Manage assets, vulnerabilities, access, incidents, backups, and network security.
• Oversee OT solutions ownership, service management, and criticality assessment.
• Support sites in identifying, assessing, and mitigating OT cybersecurity risks.
• Monitor cyber performance and report risks, incidents, and mitigations.
• Provide training and awareness sessions across OT teams and departments.
