Stefanini Group is seeking a Sr. OT Manufacturing Cybersecurity Lead to protect manufacturing operations by aligning with local teams, IT, and global stakeholders. You will drive OT cybersecurity initiatives, strengthen cyber resilience, and promote secure working practices across factories.

You will oversee governance of standards, manage vulnerabilities, and deliver training to broaden OT cybersecurity capabilities across the organization. Remote work is supported as applicable.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in similar operational roles.
• Strong project and stakeholder management across global, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, OT, and Cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles and ISA/IEC 62443, NIST standards.
• Understanding of PLCs/SCADA/HMIs and industrial networks.
• Experience with risk/vulnerability management and cybersecurity governance.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to influence without authority.
• Experience in global, diverse environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluency in English.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate global OT cybersecurity initiatives across factories and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with factory leadership, OT teams, Digital Engineering, IT, and Information Security.
• Contribute to deployment and governance of cybersecurity standards and best practices across manufacturing OT.
• Manage Asset Inventory, Vulnerability Management, Access Control, Incident Management, Backup & Recovery, and Network Security.
• Lead OT Solutions ownership and service management, with criticality assessment across Manufacturing Operations.
• Support sites in identifying and resolving OT cybersecurity risks and actions.
• Monitor performance and report risks, vulnerabilities, incidents, and mitigations.
• Deliver training and knowledge-sharing to strengthen OT cybersecurity capabilities.
