Stefanini, Inc. is seeking a Sr. OT Manufacturing Cybersecurity Lead to protect manufacturing operations by collaborating with local and global stakeholders. You will drive OT cybersecurity initiatives, strengthen cyber resilience, and promote secure working practices across factories.

You will lead cross‑functional programs, manage risks, and deliver training while partnering with manufacturing, IT and security teams.

Competenze

• 5+ years of relevant experience in similar operational roles.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, OT and cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443, NIST or similar standards.
• Understanding of PLCs, SCADA, HMIs and industrial networks.
• Experience with risk management, vulnerability management, asset inventory and service management.
• Fluent English.

• Lead global OT cybersecurity initiatives across factories and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with factory leadership, OT teams, IT and Information Security.
• Govern OT standards, processes and best practices across manufacturing environments.
• Manage asset inventory, vulnerability management, access control, incident management, backups and network security.
• Lead OT solutions ownership model and service management across Manufacturing Operations.
• Support sites in identifying and resolving OT cybersecurity risks and actions.
• Monitor cybersecurity performance and report risks, vulnerabilities and mitigations.
• Deliver training and awareness sessions to strengthen OT cybersecurity capabilities.
