AGCO in Breganze, IT, offers a remote role focusing on training and supporting dealers and internal teams for FENDT combine harvesters across Central Europe. The role emphasizes market-oriented product argumentation, demonstrations, and training delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, AG-machinery or similar education/experience.
• Detailed product knowledge about combine harvesters.
• Proficiency and confidence in using modern presentation techniques.
• Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders, confidently handling conflicts.
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
• Very good knowledge of English, second language beneficial.
• High willingness to travel.

Mansioni

• Support internal teams and dealer salesmen in market-oriented product argumentation.
• Conduct product, sales and driver training within the FENDT sales region Central Europe.
• Present FENDT combine harvesters and advise customers during demonstrations and field day demonstrations with distribution partners.
• Market-specific adaptation of provided training concepts and regional implementation. Enable dealers to perform demonstrations and machine installations according to brand image.
• Support dealers/end customers with initial use of machines in the field as well as machine optimisation during the harvesting season.
• Plan and support events such as new product launches, local trade fairs, and field days.
• Technical and personal support for VIP visitors during factory visits.
