Responsibilities

• Audit sewer sales calls and document a debrief with each sales representative.
• Verify adherence to the sales process, verbal sales authentication, ServiceTitan tagging and lead-source accuracy.
• Check that job documentation, videos and required uploads are complete and attached correctly.
• Prepare initial commission calculations and flag pricing, discount and margin exceptions for management.
• Support consumer financing applications and track outcomes.
• Maintain Excel workbooks and produce daily and weekly sales KPI reporting.
