Job summary

Accruent is seeking a Solution Consultant & Customer Success Manager for Asset Management in Latin America, based in São Paulo. You will blend solution consulting, customer success, and revenue growth, supporting 60+ enterprise customers across the region while collaborating with global teams.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in related SaaS roles, strong discovery and executive-facing skills, and fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English. Willingness to travel across Latin America is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solution consulting, pre-sales, customer success or similar roles.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS solutions and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to grow and retain customer relationships.
• Strong discovery, consultative selling, and executive stakeholder skills.
• Ability to translate challenges into measurable business outcomes.
• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English; willing to travel Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 60+ customers across Latin America.
• Partner with Sales to understand challenges and objectives.
• Lead discovery sessions and solution-based conversations.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and PoC support.
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive regional revenue growth.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships and ensure customer success.
