Qualifications

• Proficiency in Italian and English required.
• Currently enrolled in a master's degree program.
• Strong interest in IP, Privacy, Security, IT and related legal frameworks.
• Ability to read and understand complex contract provisions.
• Knowledge of Spanish commercial contract and business law, plus IP law.
• Ability to draft English and Spanish legal documents for internal/external use.
• Aptitude for understanding industry practice on legal issues.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with legal and business teams.
• Support drafting and negotiation of commercial and technology agreements for local and international customers.
• Participate in cross-functional and legal innovation projects, including AI-powered tools.
• Receive training from subject matter experts on IT, IP, competition, privacy, AI.
• Analyze legal issues and research queries from stakeholders or Cisco customers.
