Job summary

Alpitronic in Bolzano, Italy offers an internship for law students (4th/5th year) or recent graduates to assist with commercial agreements, NDAs, and contract reviews in a fast-growing e-mobility company.

You will conduct research on national and EU regulations, draft internal memos, and help organize documents while developing legal reasoning, language skills in English, and potentially Italian or German. Join a young, dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in high-tech projects.

Qualifications

• Law degree students in 4th/5th year or graduates.
• Basic understanding of civil and contract law; commercial law is a plus.
• Proactive attitude and good time management.
• Strong legal reasoning and attention to detail; summarizing complex information.
• Excellent command of English; Italian or German is a plus.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in reviewing and commenting on commercial agreements, NDAs, supply and license contracts
• Conduct research on national and EU regulations and draft internal legal memos
• Help organize and archive legal documents, support digitalization efforts, and monitor deadlines
• Contribute to the drafting of corporate documents, resolutions, and transactions

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Law degree students enrolled in 4th or 5th year (preferably Master's level) or already graduated
• Basic understanding of civil, contract law; commercial law is a plus
• Proactive attitude and good time management
• Strong legal reasoning, attention to detail, and ability to summarize complex information. A previous internship is a plus
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Italian or German is a plus
