Deliverect is seeking an Implementation Consultant to guide key customers through seamless technical implementations, driving adoption and long-term relationships.

You will lead complex projects, deliver training, and tailor the Deliverect platform to client needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required, with 1–3 years in a client-facing technical role in SaaS.

1-3 years in a client-facing technical role (SaaS preferred).
Proven track record delivering technical solutions and managing projects for SMB to enterprise.
Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts.
Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and token authentication.

Mansioni

Lead and manage multiple, complex implementation projects with timelines and client expectations.
Deliver training sessions and provide hands-on post-implementation support.
Configure Deliverect platform to match client needs and provide customised solutions.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues during implementation and escalate when needed.
Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Product to relay client feedback and improve workflows.
