Trimble, in partnership with Transporeon, seeks a Project Manager to lead global customer implementations in the SaaS logistics space. You will drive end-to-end delivery of tailored software solutions, coordinating design workshops, change management, training, and post-implementation support for enterprise clients worldwide.

You will collaborate with Sales, Consulting and Product teams to ensure value realization while managing scope, budget, and timelines in a remote, international setting.

Competenze

• Proven track record managing customer-facing software or IT implementation projects.
• Strong project management capabilities with scope, schedule, and budget management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills across internal and external teams.
• Professional fluency in English and German.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end customer project implementations following structured project management methodologies, ensuring seamless delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Facilitate solution design workshops to translate complex client requirements into tailored software solutions using modular products.
• Guide enterprise customers through change management processes, including user training and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Consulting, Product Management, and Technical Delivery teams to align project deliverables with customer goals.
• Track project performance, manage project budgets, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
