OverIT is seeking a senior solutions consultant to act as a trusted advisor in international, multi-stakeholder environments. You will gain a deep understanding of customers' processes and lead business and technical workshops with global stakeholders.

You will collect and formalize requirements into functional and technical specs, drive product configuration, design architectural blueprints, SQL data models, and API integration strategies, and develop test plans to ensure quality.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in software consulting, solution analysis, or technical implementation roles within SaaS or system integration contexts.
• Consulting background with experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proven experience in writing both functional and technical specification documents.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience in defining and executing test plans (functional & integration).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to lead meetings, workshops, and client discussions confidently in both languages.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
