Jobgether in Italy seeks a Head of Product Development to own the entire journey from customer insight to a physical consumer product. You will determine what to build, why it matters, how it should perform in the market, and lead a product team.

This role collaborates with overseas factories, guides specifications, quality standards and launches, and uses customer evidence and performance data to decide opportunities to pursue or discontinue. Fully remote with 9 AM–1 PM ET overlap.

Competenze

• Evidence of developing and launching multiple physical consumer products.
• Experience with online channels (DTC, Amazon or similar).
• 5+ years in a consumer products company focused on U.S. consumers.
• Ability to stop or redesign a product based on research and market data.
• Strong written English for communication.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end product development from research to launch and post-launch performance.
• Understand customers, segments, price and quality perceptions, and drivers of returns.
• Use reviews, surveys and testing to identify needs and validate opportunities.
• Decide which opportunities move forward or get discontinued with evidence.
• Define specs, materials, packaging, sizing, color and price positioning.
• Lead product analysts and sourcing/production coordination resources.
