Solutions Driven is seeking a NetSuite Implementation Project Manager to lead an end-to-end ERP rollout across multiple operating companies. You will own design, build, data migration, testing, training, cutover and hypercare, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery and business value from go-live.

Applicants should have proven NetSuite/ERP implementation experience and strong skills in stakeholder management, data migration, integrations and change management.

• Proven experience managing NetSuite or ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain and shared services.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, UAT and change management.
• Strong planning, risk management and delivery focus.

Mansioni

• Lead project initiation, stakeholder alignment and governance setup.
• Facilitate solution design decisions, including NetSuite model, data and integrations.
• Define and agree project scope, resourcing and delivery plan.
• Manage NetSuite configuration, integrations and data migration activities with key stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate UAT, training and cutover preparation.
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Lead UAT execution, defect resolution and business sign-off.
• Coordinate end-user and support training delivery.
• Confirm final data load and go-live readiness.
• Lead cutover and go-live execution.
• Manage hypercare and issue resolution during stabilisation.
• Hand over the solution to business-as-usual and Shared Services, and close the project.
