Solutions Driven is seeking a NetSuite Implementation Project Manager to lead an end-to-end ERP rollout for Italy, with remote work and occasional travel. You will own design through go-live, coordinating finance, supply chain and shared services to deliver on time, within scope and budget.

You will manage data migration, integrations, UAT and change management, ensuring successful go-live and steady handover to business-as-usual operations across multiple operating companies.

Competenze

• Proven experience managing NetSuite or ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain and shared services environments.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, UAT and change management.

Mansioni

• Lead initiation, governance setup and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive solution design decisions, including NetSuite model, data and integrations.
• Define scope, resourcing and delivery plan.
• Manage NetSuite configuration, integrations and data migration.
• Plan and coordinate UAT, training and cutover prep.
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Lead UAT execution, defect resolution and business sign-off.
• Coordinate end-user training and support delivery.
• Confirm final data load and go-live readiness.
• Lead cutover and go-live execution.
• Oversee hypercare and issue resolution during stabilisation.
• Hand over to BAU and Shared Services; close the project.
