Rotork plc is seeking a D365 Implementation Manager for a 9-month contract in Italy. This role focuses on managing successful deployments across factories, ensuring readiness, and coordinating resources through various teams. The candidate must demonstrate strong project management skills and have a proven track record in ERP implementation within engineering and manufacturing environments.

Fluency in both Italian and English is required. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, risk management, and facilitating communication across functional areas while contributing to the project's long-term success.

• Track record of delivering enterprise-wide business applications, including ERP implementation across an engineering, design and manufacturing organisation.
• Proven ability to manage large complex projects and multiple work streams.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain a detailed implementation plan for D365 deployments.
• Lead site-level preparation activities for deployment across various functional areas.
• Own the cutover planning process, developing necessary documentation.
• Ensure readiness by tracking and closing readiness activities across site functions.
• Act as the primary interface between the central programme and local site teams.
• Document and manage site-specific risks and assumptions related to implementation.
• Coordinate implementation governance routines, including readiness checkpoints.
• Apply structured change management techniques to support adoption.
• Track and report implementation KPIs and metrics.
• Contribute to lessons learned sessions post-deployment.
