Jobgether is seeking a User Acquisition Manager (Mobile) to lead mobile performance marketing across Meta and TikTok, driving scalable growth and profitability in a fully remote, international setting.

You will own analytics, work with AppsFlyer and BI systems, and continuously test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve CPA, LTV and ROI. Fluency in Russian and English is required.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition with proven results on Meta/Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, unit economics and funnels.
• Experience with mobile measurement partners (AppsFlyer) and SKAdNetwork principles.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into optimizations.
• Strong testing mindset for creatives, audiences and bidding strategies.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in remote, international teams.
• Fluent Russian and English (minimum B1+ in English).

Mansioni

• Manage and scale mobile UA campaigns across multiple performance channels.
• Launch, optimize and monitor campaigns on Meta and TikTok to meet CPA and LTV targets.
• Analyze performance with attribution tools and BI systems, report findings.
• Test new creatives, audiences and bidding strategies to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to refine targeting.
