Eight Sleep is seeking an International Performance Marketing Manager to scale digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok. You will apply a data-driven and AI-enabled approach to optimize ads for international markets, collaborating with the Global Growth Marketing team to drive measurable business results.

You will leverage analytics tools and automation to reduce manual work, test new copy and creative, and stay ahead of industry trends while delivering strong ROI across

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience with Google, YouTube, Meta or TikTok Ads and campaigns for DTC brands with budgets above $1M per year.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Mode, Tableau, SQL and more.
• Experience building automation and tools with AI for marketing and analytics applications.
• Familiarity with modern attribution platforms (Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox or equivalent).
• Ability to scale campaigns by refining targeting, copy, assets and bidding strategies based on performance.
