Jobgether SRL is seeking a User Acquisition Specialist based in Italy to manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google for multiple client accounts. You will own end-to-end campaign execution, testing, optimization, and performance analysis, collaborating with creative strategists and growth managers to translate insights into growth strategies.

You will leverage data and proprietary technology to identify opportunities, scale media budgets, and present performance insights to clients

Competenze

• 2–4 years of professional paid media or user acquisition experience, preferably within an agency environment and/or consumer app business.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Meta advertising is essential.
• Experience working across TikTok and Google Ads is highly valuable.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end paid media management across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant advertising platforms, including campaign setup, targeting, bidding, budgets, creative rotation, and optimization.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple client accounts while maintaining a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and scalable growth.
• Monitor key acquisition and business metrics, including CPI, CAC, ROAS, payback period, retention, and other relevant performance indicators.
