Phenomenex, part of Danaher's family, is hiring an Account Manager to maintain a key territory in Northern Italy under a fixed-term contract. You will provide advanced service and technical support to customers and coordinate visits to showcase products.

The role requires a Chemistry or Biology degree, strong negotiation and planning skills, and fluency in Italian and English. Travel 10-20% and a company car are included.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biology or related science required.
• Ability to analyze, facilitate dialogue, and negotiate effectively.
• Strategically plan, organize, and allocate resources for business needs.
• Advanced knowledge of sales principles and negotiation techniques.
• Good knowledge of Chromatography and related lab/scientific product sales.
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

• Coordinate customer visits for technical information, product demos, or seminars.
• Build relationships with key decision makers beyond the buying level.
• Ensure territory meets sales, gross profit, and unit goals.
• Develop business plans and sales strategies with the Sales Manager.
