Saipem is seeking a Legal Advisor to support infrastructure projects based in Firenze. The role involves coordinating legal assistance across public procurement, corporate law, and compliance, with exposure to contract management and governance activities within the Consortium Florentia framework.

The candidate should hold a Master's in Law and have relevant infrastructure project experience; admission to the Italian Bar is a plus.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Law.

Mansioni

• Coordinate specialist legal assistance on project-related matters, focusing on public procurement and corporate law.
• Provide legal advice and handle litigations with external counsels and Contract Management.
• Support corporate governance, including Board and Shareholders’ Meetings and consortium affairs.
• Assist with CCT-related tasks and Protocollo di Legalità implementation with the Contract Management team.
• Ensure compliance and interpretation of regulatory requirements in infrastructure projects.
