Job summary

Mytilineos is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to guide Italian and East-European development and construction teams on high-level legal matters and energy sector regulation. You will oversee M&A work with external firms and support permitting, land transactions, and corporate deals.

You will draft and negotiate EPC, O&M and supply-chain contracts, ensure compliance, and manage external counsel and budgets in a fast-paced, cross-border environment across Italy and Eastern Europe.

Qualifications

• 6-7+ years in solar/renewable energy sector in Italy.
• Experience drafting and negotiating EPC, O&M, and cross-border contracts.
• Proven ability to manage external counsel and legal budgets.
• Fluent in Italian and English; strong cross-functional collaboration.

As Legal Counsel you will provide high-level, responsive legal guidance to the Italian and East-European development and construction teams. You will oversee M&A-related legal work with external firms and support business development, permitting, and corporate transactions in Italy and Eastern Europe. You will draft and review notarial deeds, EPC and O&M contracts, and supply-chain agreements, ensuring client interests are protected. You will advise on regulatory, compliance, and energy-sector matters and manage external counsel and legal spend. This role supports cross-border energy projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
