Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Italy seeks a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to implement and optimize laboratory automation and IT solutions. You will support configuration, installation, and integration while collaborating with Lab staff, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, compliant operations.

The role requires travel 50–70% across Italy and Europe, excellent Italian and English communication, and a strong background in biomedical/diagnostic IT systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems and laboratory workflows.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers to ensure effective adoption.
• Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D to ensure project success.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements.
