Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist based in Italy with 50–70% travel across Italy and Europe. You will implement, configure, and optimize laboratory automation and IT solutions, providing on-site and remote support, and training to ensure efficient operation and adoption.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to align technical solutions with lab workflows, maintain regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement in laboratory performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and laboratory workflows.
• Proficiency with IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with training and support ability.
• Fluency in Italian and English, plus an EU language (Spanish/French/German).
• Travel 50–70% across Italy and Europe.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of lab automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective adoption.
• Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation.
• Act as a technical expert for automation solutions with internal teams and customers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, R&D to ensure project delivery.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements.
