Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Italy is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to support installation, configuration, and optimization of laboratory automation and IT solutions. You will work with lab staff and cross-functional teams to deploy diagnostic workflows and ensure efficient operations.

The role requires a degree in a relevant field, experience in lab automation, and strong IT knowledge. Fluency in Italian and English plus travel across Europe (50–70%) is expected; a remote work

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required.
• Experience in laboratory automation or diagnostic systems is essential.
• Proficiency with IT tools and diagnostic technologies expected.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective adoption.
• Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation.
• Act as technical expert supporting customers and internal teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality implementation standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service and R&D for project delivery.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of system activities.
