Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Italy seeks a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems. You will provide on-site and remote technical support, deliver training, analyze workflows, and collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D to ensure project success.

This role requires a degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field, fluency in Italian and English, and willingness to travel

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and laboratory workflows.
Proficiency with relevant IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies.
Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to deliver training and support effectively.
Fluency in Italian and English, plus an additional EU language (Spanish, French, or German).
Flexibility to travel 50–70% of the time across Italy or Europe and work flexible hours as business needs require.

Mansioni

Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability and performance.
Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective system adoption and user proficiency.
Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation improvements.
Act as a technical expert in automation solutions, supporting both customers and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards in all implementations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, PMO, Service, R&D) to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of system activities, performance, and continuous improvement actions.
