Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a global leader in clinical diagnostics, seeks a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist based in Italy. You will implement, configure, and optimize laboratory automation and IT solutions, working with customer environments and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and adoption.

The role requires a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field, strong IT skills, and 50–70% travel across Italy/Europe.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective system adoption.
• Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation improvements.
• Act as a technical expert in automation solutions for customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards in implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D to ensure project delivery.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements.
