Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, seeks a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to support laboratory automation and IT solutions. The role involves implementing configurations, training staff, and coordinating with cross-functional teams across Europe.

Based in Italy, the position offers remote work with substantial travel. The ideal candidate has a Biomedical Engineering background, experience in diagnostic environments, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in laboratory automation or diagnostic environments.
• Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and lab workflows.
• Proficiency with IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies.
• Fluent Italian and English; additional EU language required.

Mansioni

• Install, configure, validate, and integrate lab automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective system adoption.
• Analyze workflows to identify opportunities to optimize laboratory efficiency via automation.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, R&D to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of system activities and continuous improvement actions.
