Junior Global Controller – Bolton Food, Milan, Italy

Bolton is an Italian family‑owned fast‑moving consumer goods company. We are seeking a Junior Global Controller to join our Global Finance team in Milan.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive global financial analysis to align with the company’s business objectives.
• Prepare and oversee budget and forecast for the Business Unit, collecting data across Bolton Food subsidiaries.
• Perform consolidation of financial results from multiple entities.
• Oversee global financial reporting, including the preparation of consolidated statements.
• Manage and control BU working capital to maximize cash‑flow across the supply chain.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision‑making.
• Elaborate business unit reporting and presentations with financial performance insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and local controlling teams across geographies and central functions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s Degree in Economics or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar controlling role.
• Expert knowledge of Excel.
• High precision, attention to detail, ability to work with cross‑functional teams, and meet objectives and deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
