Fortified commercial group in Milan is seeking a Finance & Controlling Supervisor to strengthen planning, control and reporting across Italian entities. You will drive monthly close, budgeting, forecasting and KPI analyses, coordinating a local accounting team and interfacing with Local and Global stakeholders.

You will manage working capital, ensure strong internal controls, and support ERP-based consolidation for Italy and related subsidiaries.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in international environments within multinational companies with increasing responsibilities in accounting and finance.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Native Italian with excellent written and spoken English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Navision is a plus.
• Solid understanding of GAAP or IFRS and financial statements.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost accounting.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and conceptual skills with a strategic mindset.
• Structured, process-oriented, detail-focused, and able to prioritize tasks.
• Leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Prepare monthly actuals (P&L and Balance Sheet) for Italian entities, manage accruals and reconciliations.
• Coordinate Italian accounting team for cost allocation across departments.
• Perform monthly P&L and KPI analyses vs budget/forecast, highlight risks and opportunities.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, consolidate finance data across Local and Global teams.
• Ensure internal control systems are effective and compliant.
• Assist working capital management via receivables, payables and cash flow tracking.
• Collaborate with Retail, Operations, Accounting, and HR to align financial planning with operations.
• Forecast sales, COGS, Opex and personnel costs with Direct Channel team to improve profitability.
• Oversee financial consolidations for Italian operations and subsidiaries; ensure integration into Infor reporting.
• Allocate costs and revenues across cost/profit centers for Sistema Italia ’93 S.r.l. and MBE Worldwide S.p.A.
• Calculate royalties and discounts based on transaction volumes; manage intercompany allocations and recharges.
• Support monthly personnel cost analyses and budgeting activities; participate in Worldwide Finance and Retail meetings.
• Contribute to implementing financial guidelines and best practices in monthly reporting.
