Next Job Abroad is seeking Italian-speaking Tech Support Advisors to join a global support team serving users of one of the world’s leading technology brands. This role is fully remote within Greece, offering the freedom to work from home while enjoying the benefits of living in Greece.

You will support customers via phone, chat and email, troubleshoot software issues, assist with account access and device settings, and guide users through updates.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Good English skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Interest in technology and mobile devices.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Analytical troubleshooting skills.
• Customer service or technical support experience is a plus.

Mansioni
