Next Job Abroad seeks an energetic Italian-speaking customer support specialist to join a high-end tech brand’s team in Greece. You will help customers with product choices and troubleshooting while navigating multiple support tools and maintaining records.

We value native-level Italian, basic English for training, and prior customer service experience. After onboarding, you’ll enjoy a remote working setup across Greece with a relocation package and paid training.

Competenze

• Speak and write Italian at native/fluent level (C1+).
• Able to communicate in English for internal training and team hangs.
• Some experience in customer service, retail, sales or hospitality.

Mansioni

• Serve as the go-to expert for Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chat.
• Troubleshoot product questions, track orders, and handle after-sales queries.
• Deliver friendly, solution-focused support to create positive customer moments.
• Navigate support tools and update customer records in a digital system.
