WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team in Greece. You will deliver high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and chat, helping resolve issues with platform, product, and services.

No prior experience is required, and training is provided. The role offers a competitive salary package with a performance bonus up to 10%, plus relocation support for EU candidates joining from outside Greece.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English for training and support.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fully remote, international team.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
