WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to work fully remote from Greece. You will handle Italian-language inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

No prior experience required; paid training and relocation support are provided to help you join our international team. This role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and independent work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and good English for training and internal communication.
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work remotely and manage shifts.

Mansioni

• Provide professional Italian-language customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and accurate data entry in CRM.
