Hire Feed is seeking an Investment Banking Associate for a fully remote role. You will apply deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution to support advisory services for strategic transactions.

The role requires 5+ years in investment banking, strong Excel skills, and client-facing experience. You will create pitch books, analyze DCF/LBO/comps, and work with senior bankers to structure and negotiate deals while staying aware of market trends and regulatory changes.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of investment banking experience in M&A, capital markets, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation techniques, and advanced Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial statements.
• Experience with pitch book development, client presentations, and deal execution.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Conduct financial analysis including DCF, LBO, and comps for potential transactions.
