Not disclosed is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join on a remote, full-time basis. The role requires deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and deal execution to support strategic advisory services for clients worldwide.

Candidates should have 5+ years of investment banking experience, strong Excel skills including macros, and a solid understanding of GAAP. You will prepare pitch books, evaluate M&A opportunities, and collaborate with senior bankers on deal

Competenze

Minimum 5 years in investment banking, preferably in M&A, capital markets, or corporate finance.
Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel, including advanced formulas and macros.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP standards.

Mansioni

Conduct financial analysis including DCF, LBO, and comps for potential transactions.
Prepare pitch books, offering memoranda, and other transaction materials for client presentations.
Evaluate merger and acquisition opportunities, including due diligence and feasibility assessments.
Collaborate with senior bankers to structure deals and negotiate terms with clients and counterparties.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.
